Location: Hybrid, 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. Offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Salary: € 3,258 - € 4,408 gross per month.

What you will do

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring process to attract the right talent.
• Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Build effective candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media & employer branding campaigns, and networking events.
• Coach Hiring Managers and Interviewers on effective hiring techniques and interview best practices to ensure great candidate experience.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment processes, while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as process improvement projects or recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment)
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Proven experience partnering with Hiring Managers at different levels, with the ability to coach and influence toward better hiring outcomes
• Ability to interpret talent data and communicate hiring recommendations to Hiring Managers for data-driven hiring decisions
• Strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship building
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
