What you will do

  • Take ownership of hiring initiatives for product, engineering, marketing, and other departments.
  • Build creative strategies to secure top talent for critical business functions.
  • Set up and track success metrics across the candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiting Lead.
  • Experience in talent program design and execution, including global remote strategies.
  • Experience in candidate selection process alignment to competency frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholders.
  • Empathetic team player.
