TL;DR

Sourcing & Recruitment Support Team Lead: Building and scaling sourcing capability for the Talent Acquisition function, defining ways of working and a consistent sourcing and pipelining strategy with an accent on modern sourcing skills, methodologies, and market intelligence. Focus on leading strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability, and making data-informed decisions.

Location: Hybrid role with recommended 2 days in office in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania. Opportunity for workation up to 90 days per year, with 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: €3,033–€4,100 gross per month.

What you will do

  • Co-create and drive candidate sourcing and pipelining strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Sourcing & Recruitment Support team.
  • Establish sourcing frameworks, workflows, SLAs, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead strategic or complex sourcing efforts, providing hands-on support for critical roles.
  • Develop and optimize sourcing, screening, pipelining, and scheduling processes and tooling.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines and deliver robust market intelligence for strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale sourcing capability through direct leadership or senior sourcing/recruitment experience.
  • Ability to coach and develop others, supported by prior team leadership or strong informal leadership/mentoring experience.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipeline building across various roles and markets.
  • Deep understanding of talent market dynamics, sourcing tools, CRM/ATS systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and interpret sourcing metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
