What you will do

• Conduct regular 1-1s with each team member to provide coaching, feedback, and career development support
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and day-to-day support, raising the technical bar and fostering hirify.global’s culture of ownership and growth
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering team members to develop and deliver high-quality features
• Manage two-week Agile sprints and facilitate standup meetings
• Champion automated testing and maintain a high standard of code quality
• Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques, processes and technologies

Requirements

• 9+ years of full stack development with C# and .NET/Core (ideally SaaS products)
• 5+ years of leading projects and global teams
• Strong experience with front end JavaScript frameworks
• Strong experience developing Web APIs
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred)
• Strong TDD and test automation skills (both unit and integration testing)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps experience is a plus
