What you will do

• Accountable for value delivery for our Sourcing & Recruiting engineering team.
• Accountable for team performance captured in productivity, quality, and people-related metrics.
• Continuously evolve processes to create better alignment and higher performance.
• Establish a strong relationship of mutual trust with each of your direct reports.
• Continuously look to raise teams’ professional level through upskilling, mentorship, coaching and hiring.
• Work closely with the team Product Manager to build and maintain the team's Product Roadmap.

Requirements

• A concise and clear communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• 3+ years of leadership skills as a line manager to a team of engineers.
• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience developing backend services for B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of operational experience of software delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience improving team processes and efficiency, enabling the team to deliver value at pace.
• Data-driven decision maker able to balance leadership/delegation based on teams/individual strengths.
