What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving their professional growth.
• Collaborate with Product to shape strategic roadmap and impact the user experience.
• Engage strategically with complex technical problems and create actionable plans with your team.
• Contribute to and review code, lead design decisions, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership with the ability to manage team dynamics, set goals, provide feedback, and foster a productive work environment.
• Experience building distributed systems and operating infrastructure with a focus on reliability and fault tolerance.
• Product-minded with experience working with product managers and customers to scope roadmaps and development plans.
• Experienced in a full stack environment with Go & TypeScript. Kubernetes and infrastructure auto-scaling experience is preferred.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
