Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office) / Remote from Poland. Offer only for candidates eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a large cross-functional team, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and ownership.
• Manage operational excellence at scale, driving velocity and minimizing friction.
• Provide technical direction and challenge architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities and delivery.
• Oversee the quality and performance of the product domain, managing technical debt strategically.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with experience in leadership roles managing large teams.
• Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms (experience with .NET Core, React, and Azure is an advantage).
• Demonstrated success working in a dual-leadership setup and translating business requirements into technical strategy.
• Proven track record of building solutions and delivering strategic success.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2).
