What you will do

• Define, implement, and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Design high-load, fault-tolerant, and highly available systems using modern architectural approaches.
• Ensure scalability and performance of services, including creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD, ensure infrastructure reliability, and integrate monitoring tools.
• Align development and architectural approaches across teams and participate in technical planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture principles and API interactions (REST, gRPC).
• Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and optimization.
• Experience working with DevOps, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Strong process management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
