TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI, Cybersecurity): Engaging with new prospective customers and identifying business opportunities for AI-powered cybersecurity solutions with an accent on cold calling, high-level prospecting, and articulating value propositions. Focus on developing relationships with senior executives, consistently achieving KPIs, and strategically mapping territories.

Location: This is a hybrid position (3 days a week in office) in the Sydney Office, Australia.

What you will do

  • Engage with new prospective customers and identify all potential business opportunities across your region.
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, event recruitment, and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition and help customers understand how it improves their information security.
  • Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism, and relevance.
  • Meet set targets and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a variety of sales campaigns.
  • Maintain quality relationships with your manager and Account Executives to support new business growth and consistently achieve KPIs.
  • Book direct one-to-one meetings at customer sites and trade shows, and perform social selling via LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Strong execution of sales plays and confident cold calling, with the ability to pivot and handle objections.
  • Ability to analyze and use account data to strategically map territories and manage weekly execution.
  • Consistent use of creative channels and research for prospecting.
  • Mastery of sales tools and features, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating teams and help drive new initiatives.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
  • Must be able to work from the Sydney office 3 days a week.
