What you will do
- Process marketing briefs and coordinate with sales and stakeholders for timely campaign delivery.
- Liaise with various teams to ensure processes and approval flows for media deployment are met.
- Own future media execution plans from a creative perspective, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements for briefing, delivery, and evaluation.
- Support the launch of new on-site media opportunities and learn new platforms (e.g., CitrusAd).
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to produce detailed post-campaign analyses (PCAs).
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple vendor and stakeholder demands with strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Confident using Excel, with experience documenting processes and managing campaign information.
- Proactive and improvement-focused, able to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Yeovil, UK.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Bloomreach deployments within a web environment.
