What you will do

• Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) related events, campaigns, and projects to elevate hirify.global’s profile and grow the customer base in the UK.
• Drive events that build a pipeline for business development, managing senior stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and sales teams to seamlessly execute GTM initiatives, campaigns, and programmes.
• Maintain workflows, project tracking, and tools (Notion, CRM, Teams) to support operational excellence.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the UK and Denmark, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven project management experience with strong working knowledge of GTM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Client Success.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity confidently.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
• Delivery-focused, proactive, and highly organised, with a knack for keeping initiatives moving forward.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in project management platforms, CRM, CMS, and Microsoft 365.
