What you will do
- Engage daily with assigned leads, building strong, consultative relationships with inbound and existing clients.
- Propose tailored recommendations using deep product knowledge of hirify.global’s SMB solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries.
- Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to sustain sales momentum.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including outbound calls, qualified meetings, and revenue targets.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using consultative sales methodologies like MEDDPICC/SPIN.
- Actively contribute to peer development by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies and improve client retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele-sales/SDR position.
- Possess a customer-centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
- Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset for team success.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
