Location: Hybrid role based in Adelaide, Australia, with the option to work from home one day per week.

What you will do

  • Engage daily with assigned leads, building strong, consultative relationships with inbound and existing clients.
  • Propose tailored recommendations using deep product knowledge of hirify.global’s SMB solutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to sustain sales momentum.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including outbound calls, qualified meetings, and revenue targets.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using consultative sales methodologies like MEDDPICC/SPIN.
  • Actively contribute to peer development by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies and improve client retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele-sales/SDR position.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset for team success.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
