What you will do
- Directly contribute to APAC revenue growth by generating partner-sourced enterprise opportunities and increasing partner influence.
- Build and execute a regional partner Go-To-Market (GTM) plan aligned with territory strategy and target accounts.
- Establish an APAC co-selling cadence with Account Executives for account mapping, partner selection, and deal progression.
- Ensure partners are deal-ready through enablement, certifications, value messaging, and mutual action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate high-impact implementation partners in priority APAC markets.
- Support enterprise sales cycles by integrating the right partners into discovery, solutioning, and executive engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through partners in an enterprise co-selling motion.
- Experience working closely with Enterprise Account Executives on territory plans and complex deal execution.
- Strong understanding of the APAC agency/System Integrator landscape and enterprise digital transformation buying patterns (Australia-first a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, CS, RevOps).
- Analytical rigor with comfort in defining KPIs, running partner reviews, and using data.
- Excellent communication skills with credibility across executive, marketing, and technical audiences.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
