What you will do

• Onboard new customers onto the hirify.global platform, providing technical consulting and guidance.
• Engage with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design.
• Share business and technical best practices for deployment models and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback and identify platform enhancements.
• Become a hirify.global evangelist, demonstrating how the platform drives business automation.
• Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer service experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
• Demonstrated understanding of on-premise infrastructure, cloud-based deployments, and SDLC.
• Experience with at least one Integration Platform (e.g., hirify.global, Tray, MuleSoft).
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP.
• Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JavaScript (frontend and backend).
• Experience with OEM, embedded SaaS solutions, or embedding third-party integrations into web apps.
