Display Media Specialist (AdTech): Building, managing, and optimizing programmatic and native campaigns across various markets and brands, focusing on SSPs like Taboola, PropellerAds, and Clickadu. Focus on identifying the best digital methods for reaching high-intent users at the lowest possible cost, managing large amounts of data and campaigns, and meticulously tracking and reporting on KPIs.
Location: Ideally you would be based in one of the following locations: Copenhagen, London, Thessaloniki, Niš, Bucharest, Lisbon.

What you will do
- Build, manage, and optimize programmatic and native campaigns.
- Control large budgets and deploy and test new initiatives.
- Find the best digital methods for reaching high-intent users at the lowest cost.
- Manage large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel.
- Track campaign results and report on KPIs to stakeholders and management.
- Communicate effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing banners, popunders, native, and push notification ads.
- Has a performance mindset and is driven by creating great results.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns at once.
- Has an analytical mindset, constantly reviewing and optimizing active campaigns.
- Has a solid holistic business understanding.
- Communication is the key therefore we rely on you to speak up and update the team.
