Salary: $190,000–$250,000 On Target Earnings (Offers Equity, Offers Commission)

What you will do
- Serve as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects and customers.
- Drive value-based solutioning and integrate hirify.global’s AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems.
- Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions.
- Create and architect generative AI experiences for customer end-users.
- Develop custom demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and value.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Functional understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and workflows.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience.
