Product Marketing Manager (AI): Defining and evolving foundational corporate messaging for global keynotes, analyst briefings, and strategic announcements with an accent on distilling complex AI and product concepts into simple, resonant narratives. Focus on crafting executive-level storylines, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring a unified brand voice across all channels.

Location: Hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our San Mateo, CA, or Bellevue, WA office locations.

Salary: $161,500 – $200,000

What you will do

• Build and evolve hirify.global' foundational messaging, including value propositions and narrative frameworks.
• Craft stories for major brand moments such as keynotes, vision decks, and flagship events.
• Partner with executives, product leaders, brand, and communications teams to ensure narrative consistency.
• Distill complex product and AI concepts into simple, audience-ready messaging.
• Support Analyst Relations with strong messaging, proof points, and briefing materials.
• Create enablement tools like templates, talking points, and guides for consistent storytelling.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, corporate messaging, strategic communications, brand storytelling, or executive communications (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to craft executive-level narratives and keynote storylines.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, comfortable supporting high-visibility narratives.
• Experience driving alignment across product, field, communications, and global teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML, customer service platforms, enterprise SaaS, or analyst-facing messaging.
