Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 base / $180,000 - $195,000 OTE

What you will do
- Achieve quarterly revenue quota through strategic outbound hunting and managing inbound flow.
- Partner with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on account planning to scale business from valuable agency and technology partners.
- Target and close high-value Enterprise accounts using a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery to proposition, pricing negotiations, and final close.
- Execute a MEDDIC-based sales process for inbound opportunities and maintain a robust long-term outbound pipeline.
- Act as a leader in building out the outbound function and driving referral business through the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in closing sales, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in crafting and executing both outbound and inbound sales strategies in an Enterprise environment.
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Partner teams.
- Consistent history of overachieving sales targets and exceeding quotas in high-performance environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience in Sandler and MEDDIC based sales methodologies.
