TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Directly selling enterprise security software solutions and driving incremental revenue with new major accounts with an accent on planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing new business. Focus on developing post-close relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders for onboarding and adoption, and interacting with senior-most customer executives and CXO-level decision makers.

Location: This is a remote position based in the NY/NJ/PA Area.

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

  • Directly sell enterprise security software solutions and drive incremental revenue with new customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for assigned accounts, mapping benefits to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transition.
  • Maintain timely documentation of customer contact and activity data within CRM software.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of business plans.
  • Promote hirify.global’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

  • Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Hold a complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies and security software solutions.
  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Work is primarily performed in the field away from home or company office location.
  • Subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge in selling the company’s products and services.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
