Team Lead, Account Executive: Leading a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue growth by bringing on net-new businesses, with an accent on motivating individuals, training, and driving execution in their sales pod. Focus on developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency, and consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada (with flexible remote work policies)

What you will do

  • Motivate and coach Account Executives to exceed sales objectives.
  • Train new hires and current employees on sales processes, skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate and maintain communications with leadership from other departments.
  • Report on pipeline metrics and other organizational tasks to leadership.
  • Identify problem areas and formulate strategies to overcome them within sales verticals.
  • Work with the Retail leadership team to develop strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency, and meet goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in solution-sales or technology-related fields.
  • 1-2 years of coaching experience.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales leadership and strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of business development best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS.
  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Retail experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
