What you will do

• Bridge the gap between raw data and marketing execution, ensuring marketing teams can easily access and leverage data.
• Coordinate MarComms 1P data requirements and translate them into technical data briefs.
• Oversee and document how marketing data is built, structured, and used across media channels.
• Analyze Appsflyer and work with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to optimize event tracking.
• Work closely with data privacy and GDPR compliance workstreams.
• Work with marketing, data, agency, and martech vendors to ensure the delivery of targeted advertising segments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of strong Business Analysis experience within the media industry and/or digital marketing environment.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing 1P data and Martech tools.
• Knowledge of mobile marketing analytics platform and CDP (Appsflyer and Mediarithmics preferred).
• Knowledge of Braze, mParticle, or alternative customer data and engagement platforms.
• Experience working with Performance Marketing analytics and familiarity with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.
