What you will do

• Provide clear, accurate technical guidance and training for complex pension scenarios.
• Aid the translation of technical information into customer-centric journeys and processes.
• Participate in business change projects involving new product features or regulatory changes.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure consistent application of policies across operations.
• Lead regulatory changes related to customer communication collateral.
• Investigate customer complaints and contentious cases to ensure fair outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in DC pensions, with a required qualification.
• Strong knowledge of DC pensions regulatory obligations.
• Customer-centric mindset and experience managing a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions, using an escalation process by exception.
• Strong interpersonal, people, and influencing skills.
• Experience distilling complex concepts into something easy to understand.
