Conversions Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Conversions Business Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the implementation of a strategic SaaS Corporate Actions and Income Processing platform across the Americas and Europe with an accent on user testing, data integration, and migration strategies. Focus on triaging issues, running client training, defining data mappings, and executing conversion runbooks for timely project go-lives.

Location: Onsite in London, UK with required travel to client sites.

What you will do

• Manage user testing, track issues, and report progress, challenging clients on change vs. defect.
• Deliver client training sessions on APIs and product functionality, including material preparation and demonstrations.
• Define data integration mapping and product configurations with clients.
• Support conversion strategy definition, execute runbooks, and assist in mock and final go-lives.
• Participate in production reconciliation, driving improvements to match rates.
• Ensure project readiness and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant in SaaS project delivery for Wealth or Capital Markets.
• Proven critical thinking and ability to proactively drive successful conclusions.
• Strong client-facing skills to build relationships and defend the company's position.
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance for large-scale projects.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Data analysis skills including SQL and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asset Servicing platforms (Wealth Management, Investment Banking).
• Subject matter expertise in Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Corporate Actions.
• Understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle and components.
• Experience with hirify.global products or Data Control for reconciliations.
• Experience working in an agile environment with Jira.
