What you will do

• Deliver and maintain changes to credit decision systems, supporting internal business needs and clients.
• Design, test, document, and monitor decision strategies for both project and BAU work.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to architectural discussions and product design.
• Support the management and planning of deliveries, including deputizing for management in various working groups and forums.
• Build collaborative relationships with team partners to ensure accurate and effective execution of business requirements.
• Adhere to coding standards and maintain release documentation to a high standard, ensuring governance procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mind for problem-solving.
• Hands-on technical experience with systems, data, and technical requirements in a regulated environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical individuals.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Decisioning, Credit Risk, or Financial Services, or an understanding of the retail credit industry and its products.
• Knowledge of technical delivery lifecycles.
• Experience using Credit Risk Decision Systems tools such as Provenir, PowerCurve/Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, Blaze Advisor, or TRIAD.
