TL;DR

Location: Fully remote with required attendance at onsite meetups in Milan, Italy.

Salary: €25,000–€32,000 (yearly)

What you will do

  • Write and publish SEO-first blog articles (news, guides, educational pieces).
  • Create daily social content including posts, captions, photos, graphics, and short-form videos.
  • Research and track social trends to generate content ideas.
  • Maintain and execute a simple editorial calendar consistently.
  • Repurpose content across various formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create engaging stories.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English.
  • A “hands-on” attitude and comfort with a daily output pace.
  • Good understanding of SEO basics.
  • Ability to shoot high-quality photos/videos with a smartphone.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and their content formats (Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Comfortable learning fast basic editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Figma.
