What you will do
- Assign and prioritize daily work for the Sales Operations team and monitor workload distribution across regions.
- Enforce global deal policies and adherence to corporate standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline end-to-end operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards on team performance and deal metrics.
- Serve as primary point of escalation between Sales Operations and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk roles.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing and developing teams within Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk environments.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract lifecycle management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
