TL;DR

Inside Sales Account Manager: Proactively engaging in inbound/outbound sales and developing new opportunities for hirify.global products with an accent on identifying customer requirements and building strong partner relationships. Focus on delivering virtual product demonstrations, collaborating with regional sales, and maintaining CRM for territory objectives.

Location: On-Site in New York City, NY, USA. The ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our Axis office.

Salary: $70,000-$76,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Proactively engage in inbound/outbound calling and follow-up to identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Investigate and analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate Axis camera systems and solutions.
  • Deliver virtual product demonstrations and solution overviews tailored to customer and partner needs.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with resellers, integrators, distributors, technology partners, and end users.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to identify target accounts, prioritize opportunities, and allocate resources.
  • Maintain accurate activity, opportunity tracking, and pipeline updates within CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales-driven position required.
  • Outstanding communication and strong independent drive.
  • Solid technical skills, including an understanding of networking infrastructure.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and motivate in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Must be located within reasonable driving distance to our Axis office in New York City, NY, USA.

Nice to have

  • Work experience in the Information Technology Industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales.
