What you will do

  • Recruit and manage a team of SLED sellers to meet productivity metrics.
  • Develop account strategies and foster partnerships to accelerate new business.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and technology validation.
  • Build strong customer relationships, focusing on value realization, retention, and expansion.
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue and conduct business reviews.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business at executive levels in midmarket accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SLED sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software.
  • 2+ years leading a SLED sales team focused on new business growth.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience managing teams responsible for new demand and pipeline creation.
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in emerging solution categories.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
