TL;DR

Focus on evangelizing the hirify.global vision, building go-to-market plans, and nurturing key accounts for product upsells in the AI-driven content era.

Location: Remote from Australia, with responsibility for the APAC region. Travel within the assigned region is required.

What you will do

  • Drive regional expansion in Australia and APAC by acquiring new Enterprise clients.
  • Conduct value selling directly to executive buyers, including CMOs and Heads of Digital.
  • Build and implement go-to-market plans and support BDR & Partner teams in outbound sales.
  • Lead potential customers through the sales journey and provide product demonstrations.
  • Prospect new customers, aiming for significant self-generation of pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and navigate complex legal and procurement processes in B2B SaaS sales.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals over $50k.
  • Ability to strategically define account and territory plans.
  • 3+ years of SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the CMS space and digital experience (DXP) ecosystem.
  • Native English speaker required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC).
  • Strong GSI network and enthusiasm to mentor colleagues.
