TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS, AI): Owning and driving the full sales cycle for a revenue management system in the short-term rental market with an accent on prospecting, product demonstrations, and deal negotiation. Focus on building GTM strategies and ensuring quota achievement through data-driven approaches.

Location: Remote (US), with an ability to travel 1-2 business weeks per quarter for events.

What you will do

  • Research business opportunities within a defined territory and drive the full sales cycle.
  • Work with Business Development Representatives while also identifying and creating self-sourced opportunities to build a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via Zoom.
  • Effectively set up, run, and maintain performance-based trials with selected strategic prospects.
  • Set up and organize events, roadshows, and in-market visits on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience, preferably working with sophisticated B2B technical SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully demo an intangible product for various use cases.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospect to close in a consultative sales process.
  • Experienced, confident, and accountable in leading sales-led outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 1-2 business weeks per quarter.

  • Experience selling to the vacation rental industry.

Hiring process

  • Video conversation with someone on the Recruiting team.
  • 1st stage Interview with the Sales Director.
  • 2nd stage activity interview, involving research & preparation for a mock demo.
  • 3rd stage Interview with a senior Account Executive and/or Sales Leadership.
  • Final Stage interview with Executive Leadership.
