What you will do

• Shape the strategy for hirify.global's wholesales initiative.
• Build and lead the wholesales team.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard wholesale suppliers across digital goods (gaming, prepaid cards, gift cards).
• Own end-to-end supplier relationship management, including negotiations and forecasting.
• Design and implement scalable wholesale processes for new categories and markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wholesale, partnerships, or B2B roles (rewards programs, digital gift cards, prepaid services).
• Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing wholesale suppliers, particularly in digital goods.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to build supplier networks, processes, and strategies from scratch.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-growth environment.
• English: Business-level proficiency required.
