TL;DR

Senior Manager, Frameworks: Leads the strategic and commercial management of high-value framework agreements within a specialist security team, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance. Focus on developing renewal strategies, embedding internal controls, and acting as the primary customer interface for framework-related matters.

Location: This job role can be based in Manchester, Cheltenham or Ipswich. Hybrid (3 days office based and 2 days remote). You will need to be eligible to obtain DV Security Clearance before starting this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.

What you will do

• Own and manage commercial frameworks, ensuring viability, strategic alignment, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure frameworks meet contractual obligations, including service levels and pricing mechanisms.
• Embed BT’s Key Controls framework across all framework-related processes.
• Develop and manage renewal strategies for major frameworks.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers on all framework-related matters, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial frameworks and contract renewals.
• Strong understanding of rate card structures, pricing negotiations, and commercial modelling.
• Deep knowledge of contract governance, commercial risk, and internal control frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to obtain DV Security Clearance.
• Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.
