What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Account Executives for the DACH market.
  • Be hands-on, joining calls, providing real-time feedback, and leading by example in sales activities.
  • Support team members in complex negotiations, objection handling, and deal strategy.
  • Own team-level KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and implement improvement plans.
  • Step into key deals to support closings and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and Sales Leadership to share best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven closing experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Background as a Senior AE or strong individual contributor who wants to stay hands-on.
  • Strong soft skills including resilience, empathy, and communication.
  • Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Native-level German and experience working in the DACH market.
  • Fluent English (C1).

Nice to have

  • Prospecting experience (SDR, full-cycle sales, or hunter background).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience helping build or scale a team or business unit.
  • Spanish skills.
