What you will do

• Lead market research and proactive sales campaigns to acquire high-potential international corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales process from initial prospecting and qualification to client onboarding.
• Create, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor, deeply understanding clients' FX and cross-border payment needs.
• Work closely with internal teams, providing sales progress reports and market insights.

Requirements

• Must have experience and know-how of the local and cross-border payments market in Brazil.
• Proven successful sales and/or relationship management experience within the Financial Services Sector.
• Strong track record in a B2B or client-facing environment, with a focus on complex consultative selling.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for engaging with international clients.
• A flexible, proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency.
