Product Manager
ABOUT NORDIC VALLEY
Nordic Valley is a Scandinavian AI innovation hub. Our flagship product is an AI-powered Talent Matchmaking Platform, designed to connect startups and SMEs with the right tech and design talent across Europe. We're also building complementary AI tools for funding discovery, mentorship matching, and startup collaboration, all aimed at making Europe’s startup ecosystem smarter, faster, and more equitable.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the build of our AI talent platform and ensure seamless collaboration between the design and development teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital product instincts, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on attitude. You’ll drive product development from concept to MVP and beyond.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and manage the product roadmap for the AI Talent Platform
* Facilitate collaboration between UI/UX designers and developers to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Translate user research, business needs, and technical insights into feature specs and priorities
* Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking in tools like Jira/Notion
* Ensure fast, feedback-driven iteration by coordinating user testing and prototype validation
* Support decision-making on product scope and MVP milestones in collaboration with founders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience (2–4+ years) in product management or digital platform roles
* Understanding of both UI/UX design and full-stack development workflows
* Experience managing early-stage SaaS or AI/ML products is a big plus
* Skilled in product tools: Jira, Figma, Notion, Miro, Google Suite
* Ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
* Strong alignment with startup culture: low ego, high ownership, high curiosity
