What you will do

• Lead the development of features and modules, working with customers and the tech team.
• Design and optimize business processes using no-code and low-code tools.
• Automate and innovate by building and scaling smart automations with Glide, Make, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Become a product expert and propose bold, data-driven ideas for implementation.
• Translate customer needs into tangible solutions by building and testing prototypes with modern no-code stacks.
• Collaborate with the founders on strategic and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Currently at least in your 3rd semester (Bachelor), in a gap year, or in your Master's, ideally in Management, Management & Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or Digital Technologies.
• Excellent academic performance and/or outstanding extracurricular achievements.
• First experience in a high-paced environment (startup, Big Tech, consulting, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a hands-on mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

• First exposure to no-code/low-code tools; bonus if you can code at a basic level.
