Location: Remote (applicants must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET, which includes European Union, Serbia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia, and Turkey).

What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-production monitoring on a daily/hourly basis.
• Maintain a refined and prioritized product backlog of features, bugs, and improvements.
• Lead feature discovery, research, competitive benchmarking, and on-schedule delivery.
• Ensure UI/UX perfection by enforcing design standards and spotting misalignments.
• Monitor releases in real-time and address issues immediately, maintaining proactive alerts.
• Drive product backlog ideas using Mixpanel, product metrics, event tracking, and funnels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Web products and teams, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in product management, handling complex products under daily operational control.
• Entrepreneurial and real-world business experience.
• Strong mastery of data analytics, KPI-driven product control, and 2+ years of Mixpanel experience.
• Deep knowledge of component-based UI systems and UI refactoring.
• English: C1+ fluency required.
