What you will do

  • Support the delivery of key enablement programmes in partnership with Executive and Sales Leaders.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and People teams.
  • Create sales content, tools, training materials, and onboarding resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build high-quality enablement content and engaging training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of a scalable Sales Enablement strategy.

Requirements

  • Proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing several tasks at once in a fast-moving environment.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in Sales Enablement.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience supporting sales or commercial teams (e.g., creating content, coordinating campaigns, preparing sales materials, or assisting with sales enablement activities).
