What you will do
- Support the organization of training events, including invites, tracking, logistics, planning, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the development of user guides and short how-to videos to assist the sales team in utilizing the SF One solution.
- Follow up with users to collect feedback and provide guidance on learning materials.
Requirements
- Fluent in English - spoken and written.
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in the second half of studies, and looking for an internship in a tech company.
- Keen to learn about CRM and sales processes.
- Good organizational skills, meticulous, and precise.
- Comfortable interacting with people in a multicultural environment.
