What you will do

  • Proactively review and organize daily calendar to align with sales objectives.
  • Effectively implement and adhere to processes, workflows, and guidelines.
  • Employ active listening skills to identify customer inquiries and business needs.
  • Adapt communication style and share expertise to guide customers to solutions.
  • Utilize portfolio prioritization tools to segment accounts and focus outreach.
  • Implement an effective product sequencing strategy for impactful pitches.
  • Diligently follow up and analyze pitched tasks, reinforcing adoption or tracking appeal.
  • Document all necessary customer interaction information accurately and promptly.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
  • Strong ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into value propositions.
  • Active listening, questioning techniques, and negotiation skills to drive product adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Time Management and strategic Prioritization.
  • High level of Proactivity, independence, and Autonomy.
  • English: Intermediate level required (B1).
