What you will do
- Support sales onboarding programs and coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and FAQs for product launches or campaigns.
- Organize, update, and maintain sales enablement content in the CRM or enablement platform, partnering with Marketing and Product.
- Support adoption and best practices for sales tools (CRM, LMS) and document sales processes and methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
