TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Converting inbound and outbound leads into trials and closed opportunities, identifying customer pain points and building value. Focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, leveraging prospecting tools, and managing a book of business within a rapidly growing Fintech company.

Location: Remote within the United States, with offices in Draper, Utah and San Jose, California. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: On Target Earnings (OTE) range for remote based roles in Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area CA, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County): $124,700 - $149,500 USD.

What you will do

  • Convert both inbound and outbound leads into trials and closed opportunities.
  • Identify customer pain points and close new business.
  • Prioritize and manage your book of business.
  • Leverage cold-calling and strategic messaging for outbound sales motion.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Experience leveraging prospecting tools to build pipeline.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 2+ years of sales experience at a tech company preferred.
  • History of quota attainment or sales awards.
  • Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of past company.
  • Outbound lead sourcing experience (70% to 80% self-generated pipeline).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
  • Experience working with small business owners, CFOs, Corporate Controllers, and VPs of Finance.
  • Experience in B2B and SaaS sales.
