What you will do
- Achieve sales targets by directly selling in an inside, direct marketing environment.
- Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners.
- Develop channel relationships to bring sales and technical resources to opportunities.
- Prospect into and penetrate new accounts to reach decision-makers.
- Present proposals that demonstrate the hirify.global solution meets business objectives.
- Manage sales pipeline with a focus on conversion success and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota in a B2B technology sales environment.
- Experience working in or understanding sales channel selling models.
- Demonstrated achievement in winning net new logos from prospecting to closing.
- Recognized achievement in building business relationships and solving complex problems for customers.
- Completion of business value selling (BVS) training or other relevant B2B sales training.
- Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
