What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for enterprise platform deliveries.
• Design and implement customer adoption strategies using change management fundamentals.
• Lead the migration of critical data from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Configure platform settings, user permissions, and workflow rules to meet requirements.
• Deliver user onboarding programs, including end-user and executive training.
• Provide go-live support, monitoring system performance and addressing critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, or related field) with 4-7 years of program or project management experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven expertise in retiring legacy systems and migrating data, preferably using tools like Universal Migrator, SQL, or Python.
• Extensive experience in change management, including designing and executing customer adoption strategies using frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of data schema mapping, transformation, and enterprise compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagement.
