• Lead technical strategy, planning, and execution for cross-functional engineering and AI initiatives.

• Drive alignment between product vision and technical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience managing software or cloud engineering programs, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment
• Solid understanding of software and systems architecture, development lifecycles, and cloud-based delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical initiatives using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Foundational AI skills and the ability to understand how AI can be applied to improve outcomes.
• Balance of technical knowledge, program leadership, and strategic thinking, comfortable translating business goals into technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification (or progress toward certification).
• Experience supporting programs involving AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or IRAP.
• Experience using Aha, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking and visibility.
