What you will do
- Determine prospective customers’ needs for HR technology within companies of up to 50 employees.
- Present hirify.global‘s tech stack to meet client needs in a specific geographic market.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Complete and obtain documentation required for data conversion from previous payroll providers.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth client transition to hirify.global.
- Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and professional/personal contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with CPA’s and attend hirify.global-sponsored events.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a sales position.
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet prospects in person.
- Ability to succeed in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to maintain high activity standards.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections.
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
