Salary: $85,000 base + performance-based incentives.

What you will do
- Manage your own opportunities and territory, cultivating new leads and developing your pipeline.
- Quarterback the full sales cycle through multiple channels, from introductory calls to closing deals and owning upsell/expansion.
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s Guest Manager, Connect, and Advertising solutions.
- Adapt product recommendations quickly to suit evolving client needs, asking probing questions and handling objections.
- Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Work in conjunction with the Restaurant Success Team to strategize and optimize for existing customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales.
- Proven track record of SaaS sales success, exceeding targets and ability to ramp quickly.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, familiar with opportunities, reports, and cases.
- Great communication skills, excelling on the phone, through email, or via live chat.
- Adaptability to think quickly on your feet and seek additional resources when needed.
- Willingness to learn and grow, open to feedback, adaptive, and coachable.
