TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Web Development): Taking ownership of the sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving growth across digital marketing, design, and web development services with an accent on shaping Brew Digital’s next phase of expansion. Focus on negotiation contracts and agreements that deliver value for clients and profitability.

Location: Remote role open to applicants based in the United Kingdom. Candidates must have current right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants based outside the UK for this position.

What you will do

  • Lead the response to inbound enquiries, rapidly triaging opportunities and engaging potential clients.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships based on honesty, transparency, and trust.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value for clients and profitability.
  • Accurately forecasting and reporting progress, performance, and pipeline insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Effective communication, active listening, critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving are crucial for connecting with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Proposal creation, presentation, negotiation and closing deals.
  • A foundational understanding of services like digital marketing, design and web development.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into long-term client relationships in a creative, digital, or marketing services environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or refining sales functions in a growing agency.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (specifically Hubspot) for managing customer data and performance tracking.
  • Understanding of inbound marketing and content-led lead generation.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and report on sales performance.
