Business Development Manager (SaaS/Cloud)

What you will do

• Own pipeline accountability for the BDR team by tracking and managing performance against targets.
• Coach and develop BDRs through 1:1s, call coaching, and weekly training sessions.
• Monitor KPIs in Salesforce and outreach tools to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure tight alignment and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of new BDRs.
• Continuously refine team playbooks, messaging, and workflows for scalable outbound motions.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
• Proven success in building or leading a team responsible for outbound pipeline generation.
• Strong operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools.
• Experience coaching reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, and objection handling.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially for training and executive communication.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
