What you will do
- Lead North American alliance strategy for Red Hat and ISV partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional sales priorities.
- Partner with global alliance leaders to localize strategic direction, define regional growth targets, and execute plans for pipeline and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment, investment, and shared accountability.
- Identify and prioritize growth initiatives in data protection, hybrid cloud, and SaaS modernization to accelerate co-sell revenue.
- Apply a sales-first mindset to drive pipeline creation, influenced opportunities, and closed revenue through joint account planning and field activation.
- Represent hirify.global in joint business planning, executive briefings, and partner summits, elevating visibility and commitment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in technology sales, alliances, or partner management, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure ecosystems.
- Strong sales foundation with quota-carrying or measurable revenue ownership experience.
- Proven ability to build executive relationships that translate into tangible business growth.
- Deep understanding of Red Hat models, partner ecosystems, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing repeatable Go-to-Market and co-sell plays that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Executive presence and communication skills across senior stakeholder audiences.
